SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders are shipped every Monday 

Orders including PREORDER items will ship within 3 weeks of being placed unless otherwise stated on the product description.

SHIPPING:

We currently offer shipping only at Puerto Rico.

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

Unfortunately, we can’t offer International or USA  shipping at this time.

Tracking information will be provided once the order is ready to ship.

Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after tracking number is provided. Keep in mind this timeframe does not include USPS holidays and COVID-19 delays.  

After your order is accepted by USPS we are not responsible for loss or damage  merchandise. 

We are no control over the delivery. 

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER:

If an order is returned to us by USPS, doe to  undeliverable address we will contact you for additional information and additional shipping charges may apply.
